The following information will be required when returning your goods:

- Provide pictures of the damaged or faulty item(s) to be returned.
- Share a brief description of the situation.
- Our team will assess your order and respond with the return label attached.
- Print and place your shipping label on the parcel box.
- Our delivery team will pick up the parcel.
